So I get to move next week. I am moving to Scottsdale with a co-worker. I will back in my old ward University 3rd ward. I am excited for a new change in scenery and to have a change in life. I will be in 2 towns now and not three different ones. I live in Mesa, work in Tempe and Scottsdale and it was getting a bit much for me in traveling and spending so much time in the car and being frustrated in traffic.
I love Fall. Cooler weather and I can wear sweaters. I love nature!! I love to see what the Lord has made for me. I love to be in nature and to hear the birds sing, the crickets chirp, the elk bugle, the leaves wrestle in the wind, feel the wind on my face, hear the water running in a creek and see the blue, blue sky. Nature is peaceful and makes me calm.
I went to Thatcher over the weekend to see my best friend Amy Evans. We went to Eastern Arizona College(EA) together. She is a great friend. We kept in contact through my mission and after. She is so FUN!! I am glad that she followed the spirit that day she asked me go to the play at EA with her. After that we were great friends we did everything together. We had lots of laughter and fun times at EA. Never a duel moment around Amy always something to do or to laugh with. I love you Amy. Thank you for the great friendship. I also saw the Bryce's they too are great friends. Brother Bryce was in the bishopric in the ward I went to. I was in
the Relief Society presidency and served with Sister Bryce. I got to know them very well. I was at there house many times with activities and Family home Evening and times to talk about life. Sister Bryce wrote me weekly on my mission. They both came to my mom's funeral. I was grateful to see them and have them there at such a hard time in my life. They also helped me with a hard semester without mom when I returned to EA before leaving on my mission and came to my mission farwell. I love them and so grateful for them and what they have shown me.
Over the weekend I found out somethings that happened to my brothers that I didn't know. My brother Brian came home from work on Thursday and he truck was missing. He called his wife and thought she was playing a joke on him. It was news to her that his truck was missing. Now if you know my brother he lives in his truck. I think he was more upset that the thin in his were missing then he was with loosing his truck. He is always prepared for whatever to happen in case he doesn't have time to go home and he needs something to do. Things he had in his truck: clothes, football, soccer ball, a couple of frisbee, tools, etc. Brian said "someone needed more then I did." I love that he said that kind of attitude about the situation even though it is really hard to grasp that his truck is gone.
Next is my brother Tod was in an accident the other day. His van was totalled, no one was injured which is a blessing. He and his wife have been without a car for three weeks. That is a long time considering they have one in school and his wife had to go drop off and pick up everyday. They now have a car and are doing better.
I know that through FAITH in our Savior Jesus Christ we can get through these hard times together. I know that He knows what we are going through he wants us to come to him. He wants us to be strong and endure those things to be more like him. I know he lives and loves us.
I went camping over the weekend. It was fun to get away for the weekend and relax in a cooler environment. All of the kids got together and Dad and Bobbie came over from Snowflake. It was nice to be with family. 
I heard elk most of the night. We had cobbler, chili, biscuits and gravy, Sloppy Joe's, corn on the cob, dutch oven potatoes, and a lot of junk food. We played card games, they played baseball, told stoires, laughed, looked for animals, and had fun.This picture is for my brother to see. I thought that the rest of you might like it too.
Last year around this time I was asked to play in a handbell choir. My bishop from the University ward 's wife has a set and hosted a choir. I have always wanted to play. I can't say that I was the greatest at it but I went to practice every week and I was going to learn how to play. I need to freshen up my skills but I am excited to play again. It was so much fun. I owe it to my friend Liz she is helped me all the way through and encouraged me to continue to go. I am glad that I did.
